Balls in the air · about 3 min

Before you move on — juggle

Before we go anywhere, put the ball back in the air. Ten tosses in your dominant hand, ten in the other, then ten more watching the top of the arc instead of your hand. Finish with one deliberate drop. One ball only — that is the whole job right now. Keep your hands relaxed and throw to roughly eye level.

  1. One ball, dominant hand: ten tosses to eye height, catching low.
  2. One ball, other hand: ten tosses to the same height.
  3. Ten more with your eyes on the top of the arc, not on your hand.
  4. Drop one on purpose. Notice you did not mind.
