Finish the practice with a juggle

Last juggle of the workshop. Three attempts at your longest run — three throws, four, five, as far as it goes — one run led by a beat, and one deliberately playful run. Then stop while it still feels good. Relaxed hands, eyes at the top of the pattern, and stop before frustration takes over.

  1. Three balls, longest run you can manage. Three attempts.
  2. One run with music or a beat, letting the tempo lead.
  3. One playful run: silly height, walking, or a spin. Then stop.
