Finish the practice with a juggle
Last juggle of the workshop. Three attempts at your longest run — three throws, four, five, as far as it goes — one run led by a beat, and one deliberately playful run. Then stop while it still feels good. Relaxed hands, eyes at the top of the pattern, and stop before frustration takes over.
- Three balls, longest run you can manage. Three attempts.
- One run with music or a beat, letting the tempo lead.
- One playful run: silly height, walking, or a spin. Then stop.
