Before you move on — juggle

Prove the point with your hands. Ten two-ball exchanges counting the beat out loud, one throw deliberately too high, then five more starting each with a slow exhale. Two balls only — the third one is not your problem yet. Catch low: let them fall into your hands rather than snatching them.

  1. Two balls, ten exchanges, counting the beat out loud.
  2. Deliberately throw one too high. Recover calmly.
  3. Five exchanges with a slow exhale before each start.
